The Orders of Protection Department (aka Citizen's Dispute) helps victims of domestic violence by assisting with the paperwork surrounding Orders of Protection.

The Order of Protection filing process can take a couple of hours, so if possible, please arrive early in day. To reduce the time you will spend filing for your Order of Protection, please download, print and complete the following paperwork and bring it to 1750 Madison Ave., Suite 100, Memphis, TN, 38104. Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, first come, first served.”
